The Solutions Sales Executive (SSE) is pivotal in our sales and account management team, calling for an entrepreneurial spirit, innovative mindset, and a passion for sales. As an SSE, you'll be tasked with identifying and building solid, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within each client. Collaborating closely with Account Executives, Solutions Consultants, and other Litera counterparts, your role will require a team-oriented approach to identify and execute sales strategies for our Transactional Lawyer products, which includes BigSquare, Dragon, Kira, Office & Dragons, and Transact.
A Day in the Life
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Actively engage in prospecting to discover new sales opportunities
- Ensure data accuracy related to pipelines and sales opportunities within Salesforce
- Building trust and rapport with key decision-makers and influencers in your accounts
- Listening to customer needs, presenting relevant solutions, and highlighting the value and benefits of our technology and business offerings
- Collaborating with other team members to plan and execute effective strategies for your territory and accounts
- Growing and deepening customer relationships and expanding our partnership opportunities
- Identifying and pursuing cross-selling possibilities within existing accounts
- Promoting Litera at events and generating sales leads

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only : The salary range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington residents is $95,000 to $130,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Litera offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
