Job Description:
This position is for an English as a Second Language teacher who teaches a beginner and intermediate class for adults at the Fort Drum military base. Classes are held three times a week, on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The teacher must also do intake and assessment for all students, attend 14 hours of staff development annually in the Central New York region, and assist with two fundraising events per year. Must have a bachelor's degree. Must have a driver's license and a vehicle. TESOL certification is preferred. Must currently reside in Jefferson, Lewis or St. Lawrence County, NY.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
