**Job Summary**
Literacy Volunteers of Franklin and Somerset Counties is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to serve as a VISTA Member and support the growth and development of our organization. The VISTA Member will play a key role in promoting access to our services by increasing the capacity and sustainability of our Book Sharing program.
Responsibilities will include building and maintaining a volunteer pool for the Book Sharing Program, designing and implementing strategies to make the program more efficient and sustainable, and utilizing the program as a platform to build community awareness for the importance of literacy and promote access to our services.
