Lithe Moving Services & Logistics is looking for dedicated, hardworking, and customer-focused individuals to join our team to fulfill a contract with Costco which includes Furniture & Appliance Delivery & Installation, We are looking eagerly for Drivers and Helpers! Our company specializes in handling high-end furniture and appliances with care and precision, ensuring top-tier service for our customers.
As a valued team member, you will play a crucial role in delivering and installing furniture and appliances, providing professional service, and maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Job Responsibilities:Delivery & Transportation:
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport furniture and appliances to customer locations
- Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and route plans to ensure on-time deliveries
- Securely load and unload furniture and appliances, ensuring no damage occurs during transit
- Inspect delivery items before loading to ensure they meet quality standards
Installation & Assembly:
- Professionally assemble and install furniture, appliances, and other household or office items according to manufacturer specifications
- Ensure all installations are performed correctly, safely, and in compliance with company and industry standards
- Test appliances after installation to confirm they are functioning properly
- Troubleshoot minor issues and provide customer guidance on proper use and maintenance
Customer Service & Professionalism:
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers
- Communicate effectively with clients, updating them on delivery times and ensuring satisfaction with the service provided
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism, reporting any issues to management if necessary
- Provide basic operational instructions for installed appliances
Teamwork & Safety:
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily assignments efficiently
- Follow all safety procedures to prevent workplace injuries and damage to customer property
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery truck and equipment
Administrative & Compliance:
- Accurately document deliveries, installations, and any issues encountered using company tracking systems
- Follow company policies, including maintaining a professional appearance and wearing the required uniform
- Adhere to DOT (Department of Transportation) and company regulations for vehicle operation
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) – No recent major violations

Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy furniture and appliances (up to 100 lbs. or more)

Previous experience in furniture or appliance delivery/installation preferred

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
