This is a full-time position with a range of pay depending on experience of $20-$40 an hour flat rate.
We are looking for Dealership Experienced Automotive Technicians and/or BMW enthusiasts who are a Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 BMW certified. Our Ideal Candidate Qualities Include:
- Prior BMW or dealership experience is preferred OR completion of an automotive program. UTI Fasttrack and STEP Students are encouraged to apply.
- Passionate about the brand and eager to pursue a career with us.
- Desire to improve constantly and grow in your skills with training
- Must be ambitious and a self-starter
- Adept at navigating technology and keeping up to date with industry trends
- ASE certified is preferred but not required.
- Valid Driver's license in good standing.
- Eager and determined to do quality work and earn customers for life
- Attention to detail and follow safety protocols
- Professional in appearance and communication
