Estimator – Auto Body Shop

Pay Range: $60k - $80k/annually (Commission)

Our ideal candidate must be reliable, exemplify outstanding customer service, and excel as a team player. We are looking for someone who can uncover damage and develop positive outcomes that result in a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years estimating in an auto body shop,
• A genuine focus on customer service
• Sales background
• Ability to multitask, manage several jobs at once
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Acceptable driving record and valid driver's license
