Responsibilities
- Support business intelligence development initiatives, ensuring robust and actionable insights for decision-making.
- Develop custom programming solutions tailored to solve complex challenges in the automotive lending industry.
- Assist with reporting solution design and implementation, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of critical business data.
- Support software implementations and major data migration projects, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations.
- Provide expertise in key platforms, optimizing their use to support business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs, propose solutions, and drive innovation.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout all projects.
- Apply data analysis and research skills to identify key indicators, test hypotheses and guide actions with respect to the loan transaction life cycle
- Engage with business leaders to understand objectives and continually align work with those objectives to meet the needs of the business
- Analyze and extract relevant information from large amounts of both structured and unstructured data to help automate and optimize key processes and solve problems at their root cause
- Define the business problem and solution approach autonomously with limited guidance
- Generate actionable insights through the development of metrics, dashboards, and deep dive analyses
- Analyze and validate data to ensure high data quality and reliable insights
- Partner with data development teams to improve data assets, quality, metrics, and insights
- Allocate resources and maintain cost efficiencies
- Other duties as assigned
- JavaScript or Python coding experience required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent professional experience with a heavy emphasis on data and analytics
- Excellent knowledge of relevant technologies, reporting systems and data analytics.
