Key Responsibilities
- Packaging deals together for the lender.
- Working with the Finance Manager to book deals.
- Prepare financing, documentation and related paperwork with precision and accuracy.
- Obtain customer credit applications and ensure timely submission to lenders for approval.
- Perform essential, clerical duties, maintain filing, and record systems, and complete reports to streamline operations!
- Address, customers, concerns, promptly, and professionally, ensuring exceptional service at every step of the way.
- Assist in vehicle delivery
- Assist with Accounting functions
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency and handling paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Team player – Works well with others
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of CDK is preferred but not required. (Willing to train the right candidate)
