Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to fit their needs and budget
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Effectively communicate features, benefits, and financing options
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our inventory and industry trends
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers in a timely manner
• Meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales is a plus but not required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Working knowledge of computers and CRM systems
• Self-motivated with a drive to set and achieve sales goals
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence
