Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Strategy
- Define and evolve architectural standards, reference designs, and integration patterns.
- Ensure system designs meet security, compliance, and scalability requirements.
- Lead architectural planning and documentation for major initiatives.
- Hire, develop, and manage a high-performing architecture and engineering team.
- Oversee Enterprise Architecture, DevOps, Core Engineering, and Quality Engineering.
- Establish onboarding, mentorship, and development programs.
- Partner with Product, UX, and Data to align business goals with technical solutions.
- Translate complex architecture into business-aligned language for stakeholders.
- Evaluate and implement emerging tech and scalable cloud-native systems.
- Drive hands-on technical leadership, spikes, PoCs, and support incident resolution.
Skills & Experience
- 2 years in engineering management; 4 years in hands-on engineering.
- 3 years in enterprise digital architecture.
- Strong background in Agile, cloud platforms (Azure), CI/CD, DevOps, containerization (Docker/K8s), frontend/backend frameworks, APIs, and SQL databases.
- Experience with Snowflake, Salesforce, and data platform strategy.
- Excellent communicator, system thinker, and cross-functional influencer.
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field (required); Master’s preferred.
- Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF, SnowPro Core, Salesforce Admin/CTA.
