BDC Representative - Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to answer heavy inbound call traffic, make outbound calls and send emails daily
- Strong communication skills including written and verbal
- Detail oriented with ability to multi-task
- Professional appearance
- Clean, valid in-state driver's license
- Previous experience with sales or Telemarketing a plus
- Experience in phone sales, business development, customer service a plus
- Demonstrate a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude
- First-class verbal, written and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individually assigned tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
