Suburban Chevrolet Cadillac of Ann Arbor, part of the Suburban Collection, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Porter to join our team! If you enjoy working with vehicles, interacting with customers, and being part of a team-oriented environment, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers dropping off vehicles for service.
• Move and work with vehicles to maintain display and support service and sales activities.
• Deliver vehicles and assist the shuttle driver as needed.
• Thoroughly clean and maintain all vehicles, inside and out.
• Monitor tire pressure; add air and fuel as needed.
• Recognize and report general vehicle repair needs or building maintenance to management.
• Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the dealership, showroom, and lot.
• Perform miscellaneous errands as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles, including cars, light trucks, and vans (manual and automatic transmissions).
• A team player with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  
  

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Saturdays as needed
