We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team! While experience is not required, strong communication skills and exceptional customer service are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service with a customer-first approach.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory, including stocking, organizing, and tracking.
• Assist with routine audits and special order bins.
• Ship, receive, and deliver parts orders.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process customer requests efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain a detailed delivery log and ensure proper handling of returns and funds.
• Support the annual physical parts inventory process.
• Assist technicians and counter personnel by pulling and delivering parts as needed.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Report damaged parts or shortages to the Parts Manager immediately.
• Answer phone calls and assist customers professionally.
• Complete required manufacturer and company training.
• Maintain cleanliness of the parts department and delivery vehicle.
• Follow all traffic laws while operating the delivery vehicle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership service experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills..
