We are looking for a results-driven leader with a deep understanding of the used vehicle business, a strong background in dealership operations, and a proven track record of driving performance, profitability, and growth.
What We’re Looking For
This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission(s) off: Department Net
Bonuses based on: Manufacturer Approvability, Total Units, Flat Rate Hours.
The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is: $100,000.00 to $160,000.00

What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive sales management experience at a high-volume franchise dealership
- Previous automotive finance experience
- Demonstrated success in inventory management, appraisals, acquisitions, merchandising, and gross performance
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends, pricing strategies, and vehicle turn
- Clear focus on customer satisfaction and process efficiency
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and drive for excellence
- Lead all aspects of the used vehicle department, including appraisals, inventory, pricing, reconditioning, and vendor management
- Work cross-functionally with sales, service, and finance teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed volume and profitability goals
- Monitor inventory aging, vehicle sourcing, and online merchandising
- Coach and mentor the pre-owned sales team to achieve individual and team objectives
- Ensure compliance with brand and corporate standards
