Automotive Warranty Administrator

Suburban CDJR of Garden City is seeking an experienced detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team! If you have experience in automotive warranty processing and a passion for accuracy and efficiency, we want to hear from you - APPLY TODAY!

Key Responsibilities

• Process and submit warranty claims to manufacturers and vendors in a timely manner.
• Review repair orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with manufacturer policies.
• Communicate with service advisors and technicians to ensure proper documentation.
• Track and follow up on outstanding claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
• Maintain knowledge of manufacturer warranty programs and policies.
• Assist in resolving denied claims and discrepancies.
• Keep detailed records of all warranty transactions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive warranty administration preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar).
