L0105 Lithia Home OfficeWarranty Review Administrator
This position works closely with the Senior Manager – Service Strategy and the Parts Operations Administrator to perform internal warranty rate increases for both parts and labor for all our dealerships. This role will support doing these increases and manage various stages in the process. The warranty review admin will support the internal team’s goal of reviewing and submitting for increases across all US-based dealerships. This role will report to the Senior Manager – Service Strategy.
Primary Duties (Responsibilities)
- Download the necessary repair order range in CDK DMS. Ensure all necessary repair orders are downloaded.
- Craft warranty parts and warranty labor letters that will be sent to the various OEM’s.
- Manage warranty parts/labor increase tracker. Ensure information in tracker is updated and correct.
- Monitor and manage warranty review email box.
- Assist dealerships with portal download documentation and submission to OEM’s as required.
- Assist in modifying required documentation so that it meets OEM standards/requirements.

Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 4-year degree or related field preferred
Experience
- Experience using CDK or another DMS system strongly preferred
- Accounting processing experience preferred
