As a Lube Technician, you will be one of the primary team members responsible for delivering elevated hospitality by ensuring par excellence of our vehicles. Your efficiency of service and repair will directly impact whether we become our guest’s favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle. We provide the training, certification, and skills required to succeed and advance your career.
Qualifications:
- Prior Lube Technician Experience Preferred (1 year)
- Perform minor maintenance, e.g., changing engine oil and filters
- Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels
- Communicate appropriate customer vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison

The CA base hourly range for this full-time position is $15.50 to $20.00 plus benefits. Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and jurisdiction. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum hourly range for new hire rates for the position across all CA locations.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
