You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, ensuring that all amenities are stocked and functional, and providing exceptional customer service to guests. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be essential in ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and customer service skillsPreferred Qualifications :
• Experience working in a hotel or resort setting
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Familiarity with cleaning products and equipmentResponsibilities :
• Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization
• Ensure that all amenities, such as towels, toiletries, and linens, are stocked and functional
• Report any maintenance issues or damage to the appropriate department
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly and courteously to any requests or concerns
• Adhere to all safety and security protocols, including proper handling of guest keys and personal belongingsSkills : As a Room Attendant, you will use your attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure that guest rooms are clean and well-stocked. Your ability to work independently and efficiently will be essential in completing your daily tasks. Strong communication and customer service skills will allow you to provide exceptional service to our guests.
