Certification & Experience:

• Manufacturer certified in all listed repair areas
• Minimum of 3 ASE certifications (ASE Master Technician preferred)
• 3-5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience
• Proven ability to exceed 105% customer pay repairs

Your Role:

• Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance efficiently and accurately per Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose vehicle issues and determine the best course of repair.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality workmanship.
• Accurately document all repairs, time spent, and procedures followed.
• Maintain an organized, clean workspace and return special tools properly.
• Complete all required training and maintain manufacturer/ASE certifications.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain personal grooming and uniform standards.

• Lube & Maintenance Services
• Engine Repair
• Suspension/Steering Repair
• Brake Repair
• Electrical/Electronic Systems Repair
• Heating & A/C Repair
• Engine Drivability Diagnosis & Repair (optional)

The estimated annual earning range for this position is ($55,200 to $85,200), which includes flat rate hours flagged and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: “Production/Productivity”).

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
