Full Time Receptionist/BDC Administrator

Pay Range: $16.00-$19.00 per hour depending on experience and skill level, plus bonus opportunities.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities

As a Receptionist/BDC Admin you will be responsible for providing professional, courteous and exceptional service to all customers. The front desk receptionist plays a key role in maintaining the store reputation and image. This position also includes developing, processing, managing, following up and tracking all customers as it pertains to parts, service and sales departments within a dealership

• Greet and assist customers who enter the store showroom.
• Answer & direct incoming calls and inquires.
• Assist the Office Manager and/or General Manager with various clerical duties as needed.
• Utilize computer skills within our internet department to increase appointments, sales and customer retention.
• Utilize phone skills to set solid appointments with daily customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, conquests, other generic leads and service and parts customers.
• Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention

Qualifications

• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous receptionist experience is a plus.
