Position:
Front desk receptionist/administrative assistant position. This full-time position handles the front desk of the office and is the first person to greet all guests and coworkers. In addition to greeting visitors and managing phone calls the candidate also becomes involved in tasks within the payroll department. The position requires an individual with an outgoing and pleasant personality and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and professionally
Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills and professional attitude
2 years administrative assistant/receptionist experience
Organized individual with attention to detail and ability to multitask projects simultaneously
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
· Direct incoming visitors- be aware of meetings with outside visitors by checking conference room calendars daily
· Order & distribute executive lunches daily- updating lunch menu weekly
· Answering, screening and managing inbound phone calls
· Mail fulfillment & distribution- including assisting coworkers in mailing out packages when needed (UPS/FEDEX/USPS)
· Office supply management and fulfillment- including at front desk and at copiers as needed
· Breakroom supply and maintenance (at least 2x daily)
· Conference room management including keeping all conference rooms tidy/cords put up/boards clean stocking refrigerators with water (check daily)
· Assist co-workers in mailing out packages when needed (UPS/FEDEX/USPS)
· Help with coordination of internal large meetings if needed (holidays, all hands etc)
· National bill coding
· Other duties as assigned by manager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
