Lithos Energy designs and builds advanced lithium-ion battery packs from the ground up for use in high-performance automotive, marine and aerospace applications. We build the things we design and manufacture in-house, in California. Responsibilities:
Source and procure materials, components, and equipment to support production
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to meet production demands.
Identify and qualify new suppliers to improve cost, quality, and lead times.
Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize procurement strategies.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 Years Experience

Experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing, preferably in manufacturing.
Strong supplier management skills.
Ability to analyze costs and identify opportunities for savings.
Knowledge of ERP systems and procurement best practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary Range - 65 - 90K Equity
