Thriving maritime law firm seeks a 3-5 year litigation Associate admitted in Massachusetts, Maine, and/or Rhode Island. Candidates must have excellent legal research and writing skills and deposition, motion, and trial experience.
This is an excellent opportunity to join our growing team representing clients in diverse and interesting cases. The Associate will work closely with experienced attorneys and will also assume significant responsibility, including client contact, early on.

Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of complex litigation cases, including case strategy, discovery, motions, and trials.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case development and strategy.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.
Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to develop and implement case strategies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends.
