What would I do at Litmus?
Our email marketing solutions are trusted by some of the world's leading organizations, and we're expanding our sales team to support our continued growth. We're seeking a Commercial Account Executive with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing deals, who excels at building lasting relationships and consistently delivering value in every interaction. In this role, you'll be responsible for finding and closing net new customers, as well as growing Litmus's footprint with existing customers.
On any given day you might :
Research target accounts in key industries, uncovering marketing and email strategy challenges that Litmus can solveConduct discovery calls with marketing teams and decision-makers, understanding their email marketing workflows, pain points, and goalsLead tailored product demonstrations to highlight how Litmus optimizes email creation, testing, and analytics to drive marketing successTrack progress in our CRM, ensuring opportunities are prioritized, accurately forecasted, and aligned with monthly and quarterly targetsWork cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, address customer challenges, and drive value at every stepBuild compelling business cases for enterprise decision-makers, navigating complex sales cycles to finalize agreements that drive revenue growthFoster long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, positioning Litmus as a trusted partner in their email marketing strategy and overall successWhat is Litmus looking for in a candidate?
Proven B2B SaaS experience in quota-carrying role; marketing technology experience is idealKnows how to generate pipeline and navigate complex sales cycles, leading to large-scale deals (~$50-$70K) and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goalsA true "hunter" who enjoy the challenge of targeting companies and managing an outbound prospecting process from first contact-through-closing dealsExperience building relationships, presenting, and selling across multiple industries and stakeholders from CMO to CRM manager to email designerThrives in dynamic environments; you're able to shift gears quickly without sacrificing top-notch client serviceNo egos, please; you understand that successful selling is a team sport and you don't shy away from continual improvement through feedback and self-reflectionWhy should I choose Litmus?
