Location : San Francisco, CA - ONSITE, NO REMOTE
8 years of experience of which 5 years of experience in eCommerce / retail
Experience building and maintaining ATG and Java / microservices based e-Commerce platforms
Should have solid level 3 support experience in large eCommerce platforms.
Should have hands-on and knowledge in Java, SQL and application monitoring.
Strong problem-solving skills, Able to debug & resolve critical production issues.
Knowledge in monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana etc.
Knowledge in Commerce Tools is an added advantage.
Should be running critical issues and drive them to closure.
Should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Should be able to lead offshore team.
Should be willing to work on SRE role and on-call (PagerDuty) rotation to respond high priority incidents
Ready to work on weekends on-call rotation (Monthly one weekend).
Drive automation, Build observability dashboard, Drive Incident reduction and work on any critical issues (P1 / P2) as part of SRE responsibilities
