Description
Litron is seeking an experienced Integration / Assembly Supervisor to lead our assembly operations. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the feedthrough integration team, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Experience with furnace soldering operations and hardware installation (screw thread inserts) is desirable. Ability to use stereo zoom microscopes at up to 60X is required. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and safety while meeting production targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and assembly, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment. Your expertise will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards.
This position is located in Agawam, MA and is full-time onsite.
Requirements
