- Lead a team focused on quality, setting departmental goals aligned with company standards and strategic initiatives.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with industry regulations (NADCAP, AS9100, ISO-13485).
- Ensure QMS supports both internal and external audits.
- Create, maintain, and perform internal audits to assess compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to address quality-related challenges.
