You will have proven experience in managing a quality department and leading a team, strong knowledge of NADCAP and relevant regulatory standards, and proficiency in quality management software and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Additionally, you will possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
