- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with field sales, marketing, and product management to align strategies and support business objectives.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track sales activity, manage pipelines, and generate reports.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Establish clear performance expectations, provide ongoing coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster a customer-centric, results-oriented culture within the inside sales team.
- Oversee and guide the pricing team in generating accurate and timely quotes, ensuring alignment with pricing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in inside sales, sales management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with Electronics and Semiconductor business units is a plus.
