Facilities Technician
- Perform overall maintenance for factory equipment in a 150mm semiconductor EPI facility located in Allen, TX
- Perform maintenance and repair of CVD EPI reactors (ASM E2000, ASM E2, LPE 2061, and LPE 3061) and all support equipment.
- Assist equipment/process engineers in troubleshooting down equipment.
- Complete preventative/predictive maintenance in a timely manner.
- Assist facilities group with building repairs when needed.
- Installation and relocation of production equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and breakdowns to identify and implement corrective actions
- Complete a variety of tasks related to maintenance of machinery, including plumbing, electrical, pneumatic.
- Understand and follow electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals to assist in recovery of down equipment.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education:
Associate degree, two year technical/trade degree, or equivalent preferred

Schedule:
Compressed shift 12 hrs
3 days on 4 days off/4 days on 3 days off
Experience:
Five years of experience
Proficient in MS Office
Analytical skills
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail
