Littelfuse Milpitas, CA Team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join as a Quality Assurance and Reliability Intern. With us, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects and acquire valuable skills and insights into the Quality / Reliability field for high power semiconductors while working closely with our experienced professionals. This is a paid 3-month internship to gain hands-on experience in a truly global company. While there is no guarantee of permanent employment at the end of this internship, exceptional performance may be considered for future opportunities within our organization.
In this internship you will :
- Learn Product Quality and Reliability concepts, semiconductor packaging techniques, failure mode mechanisms.
- Support with on-site reliability lab operation, characterization of Moisture Sensitivity Level project, continuous improvement projects
- Assist with 6S lab organization and management techniques, cataloging of equipment hardware and fixture, data analysis of reliability report history
- Gain semiconductor knowledge, Quality Assurance fundamentals, reliability understanding, data analysis skills
- Have the chance to take initiative and provide ideas for improvements
- Closely collaborate with team members and other teams in the organization
