Job Responsibilities
- Assist Quality Engineers with failure analysis, reliability monitoring, and qualification testing using visual/microscopic inspections, bench electrical testing, ATE testers, X-Ray systems, and chemical/laser decapsulation for semiconductor devices, including high voltage, analog, and mixed signal ICs, and optically isolated devices.
- Conduct inspections on RMA parts and document findings.
- Perform QC tests as required.
- Support quality inspections to ensure compliance with our standards.
- Assist with calibration management as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree, two-year technical/trade degree, or higher is preferred.
- Two to five years of experience in electronic device testing or inspection is required. Experience with semiconductor devices is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) is required. Experience with ERP systems (Oracle and/or SAP) is a plus.
- Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines are essential.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
