Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, and project coordination. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate project schedules and resources, including subcontractors and suppliers.
- Utilize Procore and Bluebeam for project documentation, communication, and collaboration.
- Prepare and review contracts, ensuring compliance with NEC standards and project specifications.
- Conduct construction estimating to assess project costs and resource requirements.
- Develop and maintain project schematics to guide installation processes.
- Facilitate regular meetings with team members to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience in electrical project management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and other relevant software tools for project management.
- Familiarity with NEC codes and regulations as they pertain to electrical installations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Ability to create detailed project schedules and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills for construction estimating and problem-solving in high-pressure situations.
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
