💼 Role Details & Benefits
- Remote Work: 100% virtual tutoring in the United States
- Flexible Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST (no weekends)
- Subjects: Reading, Math, ELL – you choose!
- Compensation:
- Tutors earn $22.50 per hour for English/ELL/Reading and Math sessions. $18 (base pay) X 1.25 (paid administrative time per hour)= $22.50 per tutored hour. This is a W-2 supplemental opportunity that pays bi-weekly!
- $18/hour for trainings
- Schedule: Up to 25 hours/week based on availability and student demand
- Curriculum Provided: No lesson planning required
- Small Group Sessions: 1:1 to 1:3 student ratios
- Paid Training, Background Check & Fingerprinting
- Supportive Environment: Ongoing coaching and dedicated manager
- A consistent weekly schedule
- A quiet, distraction-free space for tutoring
- A desktop or laptop with Chrome, high-speed internet, and a headset
- Comfort using virtual tools and online learning platforms

- Attend a virtual mock tutoring session (just 5 minutes!)
- Receive a hiring decision within 2 business days
- Complete onboarding, background check, and fingerprinting (all paid!)
