Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children, particularly those with autism and other developmental disabilities. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients to enhance their quality of life through evidence-based interventions.
Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Little Achievers ABA in Charlotte, NC. The role involves providing applied behavior analysis therapy, parent education, behavior management, and psychology services.
Qualifications
- Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
- Parent Education and Behavior Management expertise
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with children with autism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pay: $80.00 - $110.00 per hour
