Little Achievers is hiring part-time floaters to work 10:45am-5:45pm or 11am-3pm, Monday through Friday.
Little Achievers is hiring a full-time floater to work from 8:45am-5:45pm, Monday through Friday.
Candidates must have experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Candidates must be willing to follow classroom schedule, implement curriculum, adhere to center policies, follow New York State regulations, take children outdoors daily, and assist in daily caregiving.
Candidates must understand child development, be nurturing, and have patience. Candidates must have classroom management skills and be willing to take directions from the lead teacher. Candidates must be willing to get messy and be silly. Teachers are expected to play, read, and sing. Candidates must engage with children at all times. Candidates must be energetic and reliable.
NYS prohibits the use of cell phones in the classroom. Candidates must be willing to be without their cell phone while in the classroom.
This is a year-round job; it does NOT follow the school calendar.
Our center is at full capacity therefore we cannot enroll children of candidates.

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
