Little Acorn Academy is looking for an assistant toddler teacher to work in a classrooms with children aged 18 months to three years old. We are currently looking for someone to work part-time, with the potential for an increase to full-time hours in the future.
Here's what you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass fingerprinting and DCYF clearance.
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and engage in physical exercise, such as running, walking, crawling, or dancing.
- Fluency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in education and a certification or degree in education or a related field. Salary will be based on education and experience.
The ideal candidate will be able to work well in a team, maintain cleanliness and safety, love and be able to instruct children, and value punctuality and kindness!
