Toddler Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher with at least a 2 year early childhood degree to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a commitment to fostering a love for learning while ensuring that each child's individual needs are met. The Preschool Teacher will work closely with parents and staff to provide the best educational experience possible.

Responsibilities

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
• Educate children in basic academic skills, social skills, and emotional regulation.
• Observe and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational program.
• Support children with special needs or disabilities, ensuring they receive appropriate care and attention.

Experience

• Childcare experience with a 2 year teaching degree is required.
• Experience working with students in a daycare or preschool setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with special education practices and working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
• Strong skills in toddler care and classroom management are essential.
• A background in early childhood education or related fields is beneficial.
