Little Angels Center is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Great River location. This is a full time position. Experience with Special Education Preschool administration a plus but not required.
This position will require our candidate to work well as a team member and have the ability to multi task.
Some of the core responsibilities are:
- Answer phones and greet visitors at front window
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- communicate with families and providers as needed
- general office support
Candidates MUST:
- Have good computer skills (i.e. excel, word, powerpoint, etc).
- Exhibit significant reliable habits, including timeliness and organizational skills.
- Have good interpersonal skills.
- Have good phone skills.
- Be friendly.
The hours are approximately 9-5:30pm. Come join the team at Little Angels Center!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
