Job Description

Role Description

• Support GM in overseeing all aspects of the operation within the restaurant. Oversee all operations in the absence of the GM and able to assume key responsibilities.
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor, interacting with guests to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
• Assist in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring high performance and morale.
• Ensure all food and beverage products meet the restaurant's standards and cost for quality and presentation.
• Manage P&L, forecasting, COGs, and inventory control.
• Ensures Occupational Safety & Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policies are met. Must maintain an "A" health inspection rating at all times.

The annualized salary range for this position, plus a bonus, is : $65,000 - $75,000
