Little Beginnings is a Faith and Nature based program!! We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Older Infant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children, possess strong communication skills, and be knowledgeable in various teaching methodologies.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for Infants
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a positive learning atmosphere
- Assess students' progress and communicate with parents/guardians regularly
- Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive learning experiences
- Implement behavior management strategies to support positive interactions among students
**Wish List**
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Previous experience working with Infants
- Knowledge of child development principles and early intervention techniques
- Strong ability to plan and execute age-appropriate activities
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
