**Job Summary:**
Little Beginnings is a Faith and Nature-based program!! We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Aide or Assistant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children, possess strong communication skills, and be knowledgeable in various teaching methodologies. This candidate will be responsible for providing both lesson planning times and breaks to our Infant Team while following a schedule to complete the breaks in a timely manner.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for Infants
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a positive learning atmosphere
- Assess students' progress and communicate with parents/guardians regularly
- Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive learning experiences
- Implement behavior management strategies to support positive interactions among students

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Knowledge of child development principles and early intervention techniques
