At Little Beginnings Learning Center, we blend faith, nature, and nurturing care to help young children grow in mind, body, and spirit—and we’re looking for a Full-Time Toddler Teacher to join our amazing team.
We have two vibrant toddler classrooms (up to 14 toddlers in each), and one of them is looking for you to step in as their new Teacher. Come join a well-established team where you can play, explore, and teach with purpose—and get paid for it!
What You'll Do:
- Create a safe, loving, and enriching environment rooted in faith-based values and nature-inspired learning
- Implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum alongside your co-teachers
- Support children’s emotional and social growth through positive guidance, language development, and peaceful conflict resolution
- Encourage exploration and creativity in both indoor and outdoor learning environments
- Lead daily routines and transitions with confidence and warmth
- Foster strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and team members
What We’re Looking For:
- A heart for children and a passion for faith- and nature-based early education
- A degree or current coursework in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (Associate's or higher preferred)
- At least one year of classroom experience (preferred)
- Willingness to complete or current certification in: First Aid, CPR, and SIDS/Shaken Baby Syndrome
- Knowledge of child development principles and positive discipline strategies
- Team player with strong communication skills and a nurturing, playful spirit
- Ability to work with families and contribute to a community-oriented center
- Basic tech skills (email, internet, simple documents)
- Familiarity with NAEYC Accreditation is a plus, but not required
