Our friendly and growing pediatric dental office is seeking an experienced, bilingual (English/Spanish) front desk receptionist to join our team! We’re looking for someone who loves working with children and families, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and families with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, manage appointment scheduling, and confirm visits
• Check-in/check-out patients and verify insurance information
• Collect payments and assist with billing inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Communicate clearly with patients in both English and Spanish

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Previous front desk experience in a dental or medical office (required)
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
• Professional, friendly, and dependable
• Knowledge of dental software is a plus (e.g. CareStack)

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
