What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Associate position at Little Bird Wellness?
Little Bird Wellness is seeking a personable team player to manage client communication for our multi-location wellness center, working out of our Manchester location. Responsibilities would include answering phones, scheduling appointments, responding to website and email communication, processing client payments, assisting with inventory management and overall helping with the smooth management of the office. Preference given to candidate able to assist with social media management as well. This is a part-time position (around 27 hours per week) with room to grow as our clientele grows!
schedule needed:
Tues ~ 3:30-8pm
Thurs ~ 4-8pm
Fri ~ 4-8pm
Sat ~ 8:30am-4:30pm
Sun ~ 8:30am-3:30pm
