FACILITIES MANAGER
Salary: $25.00 per hour
Hours: 15 hours per week

Primary Responsibilities
Maintenance & Safety Oversight
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and safety inspections to ensure all areas of the facility meet operational and safety standards.
- Respond to facility-related requests and emergencies in a timely manner to ensure smooth church operations.
- Work closely with the Trustee Board on larger projects and provide professional insight.
- Report all needs for outside contractors and oversee their work as required.
Accountability Reporting:
- Maintain detailed project logs in Google Drive.
- Submit annual budget requests to the Executive Pastor, prioritizing upcoming facility needs.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 15 per week

- Driver's License (Required)
