As we expand our operations into North America from our new Altamonte Springs office, we’re seeking an experienced Finance Manager to manage and shape the financial function of our growing U.S. entity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate financial record maintenance and statutory compliance (payroll, sales tax, corporation tax).
- Oversee payroll, treasury management, and cash flow optimization.
- Develop and manage annual financial plans, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Provide strategic insights to senior management through comprehensive financial reporting.
- Coordinate external audits and manage relationships with external financial advisors.
- Support global financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Implement robust financial controls, processes, and systems.
Essential Qualifications:
- CPA qualified (or equivalent) with a strong background in financial practice.
- Proven leadership experience in managing financial teams within global structures.
- Strong process-driven mindset with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to operate effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and digital financial tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with senior management.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the travel industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance management role.
- Experience with tax preparation, transfer pricing, and strategic tax management.
