Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of Sales and Reservations Advisors.
- Establish, track, and achieve ambitious sales KPIs and team performance targets.
- Motivate and coach your team daily, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional customer service and sales performance.
- Analyze sales data regularly (daily, weekly, monthly) and provide actionable insights.
- Address escalated pre- and post-sales customer issues effectively and professionally.
- Conduct performance reviews, monitor quality assurance, and manage team attendance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve challenges and enhance operational efficiencies.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience within reservations, sales, or call center environments.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas and achieving KPI targets.
- Experienced in recruiting, training, and developing sales teams to perform effectively within deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and drive improvements.
- Excellent communication skills and goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in travel or hospitality industries.
- Familiarity with sales-focused call center operations.
