Sanitation Technician

Little Brown Bird Foods is a gluten free manufacturing facility in Pennsauken, NJ looking for Sanitation Technicians.
Job Requirements:
· Understanding of measuring chemicals for cleaning and proportion
· Skills and/or ability to gain knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and industry standard cleaning procedures
· Basic knowledge of the function and operation of sanitation equipment
· Skills and/or ability to gain knowledge of the basic functions of all production equipment
· Attention to detail and a sense of urgency in matters of food safety required
· Must be able to freely move around entire facility

Physical Requirements
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
· Be on your feet for your shift (minus breaks)
· Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, push, pull and perform repetitive movements
