Preschool / Childcare Co-Director

We are looking for an energetic, experienced, and fun leader for our new center!

Little Bulldogs Learning Center will be a new preschool and childcare center in Columbus Grove, OH. Our newly renovated facility will be opening in the Spring of 2025.

The center's goal is to provide a safe, fun and educational environment for our young children and to prepare them for their early school years.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with the center's mission and goals.
- Manage and supervise a team of educators and caregivers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with parents and families to ensure open communication and address any concerns or issues.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for all children in the center.

Education / Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree in Early Child Education or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Preschool and Childcare Director.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to effectively communicate with parents, staff, and other stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
